Full Competition Terms & Conditions for Anna Ventura artist Giveaways on Facebook

1. Any running Giveaway post (the “Promotion”) run by the Facebook Page Anna Ventura artist (the “Promoter”) is being exclusively promoted by Anna Ventura artist solely.
2. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions and you become a lawful participant. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook, Inc. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that you are providing personal information to the Promoter Accordingly, you hereby release Facebook, Inc. from any liability in relation to the Competitions.
3. Publicity: By entering the Promotion all participants automatically acknowledge, accept and agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion. In addition, by entering the Promotion, winners consent to their names being announced on the Anna Ventura artist Facebook page.
4. Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees or business associates of Anna Ventura artist (and those employees’ immediate families living at the same address).
5. No purchase necessary, however internet access and a valid Facebook account is required.
6. Promotion Entry Period: The Promotion will open at the publication of the post and a closing date and time will be announced within the same post. Only during the Promotion Entry Period there will be a running Promotion.
7. Entering a Promotion: To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
   1. log onto their Facebook account (or create one for free); and
   2. like the relevant post on the Anna Ventura artist page; and
   3. comment underneath the relevant post following the instructions mentioned in the relevant post.

   Only comments which are made under the relevant post during the relevant Promotion Period, with the correct answer to the question mentioned in the relevant post will be considered a valid entry.

8. By entrants submitting their information and creating a Facebook account, they agree to the Facebook terms of use and privacy notice. If entrants do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, they cannot create a Facebook account, or participate in this Promotion.
9. Participants can enter once during the Promotion Period, only one Prize can be won per participant.
10. Participants must not post an entry that is or contains any of the following: viruses or other malicious code; content that incites violence, hatred or any illegal activity or that is threatening or harassing or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; or any other offensive, defamatory, obscene or indecent content or content that is capable of being resolved into such content. If such content is contained in and entrants’ post, that entry will not be valid.
11. All entries must be made by the participants themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
12. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. No liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries.
13. Prize Draws: At the end of the Promotion Period, all correct and valid entries will be entered into the relevant Promotion prize draw (“Draw”). The winner/s of the Promotion will be the first valid and correct entry selected at random in the Draw for that Promotion. The Draws will be performed by Anna Ventura artist or an appointed member of staff or volunteer.
14. The Prize(s): The prizes are as stated in the original post. No replacements will be offered by request.
15. Prizes will need to be collected from Anna Ventura artist’s studio within opening hours or via appointment: Unit 7, Garden Mill Industrial Estate, Kingsbridge TQ7 1SA. If the prize winner requests shipping any charges incurred will be paid by the promotion winner prior to dispatch. If the item is not collected or any shipment requested within 30 days of results announcement, we will reserve the right to use the prize for another giveaway.
16. Winners Notification and Claiming the Prize: The winners will be announced on the Anna Ventura artist Facebook Page within 24hrs of the promotion ending. This results will be published on a separate post and the original post amended as CLOSED. The winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 48hrs of post announcement, which will be a reply to their winning entry comment on Facebook or direct message to the Page. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within the established 48h, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and allocate that prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner.
17. Once the Promoter has received the relevant details from the winners, prize collection will be arranged.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner or reclaim a prize already awarded, if:
    1. a winner cannot be contacted;
    2. if that winner decides not to take the Prize;
    3. is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
    4. or is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win a prize.
20. Data Protection: All personal data provided to the Promoter will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
21. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third party products or services.
22. Liability: The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
23. The promoter will not be liable if the Anna Ventura artist Facebook Page is unavailable at any time, or for any system failure or other action or event which prevents you from entering the Promotion. In addition, Anna Ventura artist accepts no liability or responsibility of any nature (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to the taking of any Prize or the availability of any Prize or for Prizes lost or delayed in transition.
24. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another prize, in its sole discretion, of equal nature and value.
25. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or vary the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving notice on the Anna Ventura artist Facebook page.
26. The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. This Promotion is governed by the English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
